Really a BIG girl now.

It's official "I'm a BIG girl!"

Mommy and Daddy bought me a big girl bed, isn't it beautiful. We need to paint the bed frame still because it used to belong to another little girl before me. Mommy says the bed frame is as old as her, can you believe that?

I got to pick my own mattress. Mommy and Daddy let me try a few of them out before we picked this one - Uncle was the first person to ever sleep on it and he says it's so comfy that he wants for himself. Mommy says that every little girl deserves a nice comfy bed.

Did you see my new blankets? There are ladybugs on it, aren't they the best blankets ever? Mommy and Daddy are going to paint my walls light green to match my new blanket and I have a new RED blind in my room. I promise to show you more pictures when my room is all done.

Happy Birthday Mommy

If you look closely at the pictures of Mommy you can see how old she is getting - Daddy says that I contribute greatly to this, I don't really know what he mean but it must be nice.

Mommy's second birthday party was at East Side Mario's with Daddy, Uncle John, DJ, Cathy and me. Our dinner there was really yummy. I got ice cream for dessert and then because it was Mommy's birthday she got a big piece of Chocolate cake. Mommy said she was too full to eat it so she let me have it, isn't she the greatest Mom?

Mommy got more presents this day, she is really spoiled.

I took this picture of Daddy all by myself - how did I do Uncle Robb? Mommy and Daddy we really shocked at how Daddy's face is right in the middle - where else should it be?

Happy Birthday Mommy #1

Mommy's first birthday party was on Saturday night with Mommy, Daddy, Uncle John, Nana and me. Nana helped me make a cake and decorate it for Mommy, the cake turned out so nice, Mommy loved it.

Daddy made a really tastey Bar-B-Q for dinner and then we ate some of the cake. When Mommy's cake came out we sang "Happy Birthday" to her and she made a big wish and blew out her candels. After the cake Mommy got her birthday presents, she is a really lucky girl because she got some really nice presents from Daddy, Nana and me.

Big hair cut

After work and school today Mommy and I went to get our hair cut, we were both originally only going for a trim, but it wasn't long before that changed.

Did I tell you that my hairdresser's name is Queen? She is having a baby on Christmas day.

Well Mommy asked for just a trim on my hair and Queen said that if we cut off all the old baby hair that my hair would love thicker and healthier, so we went for it. I got almost 4 inches cut off. Queen calls my hair a bob, is that like Uncle Bobb? I still want to have long hair but Queen said that sometimes we have to cut our hair in order to have long hair.

When Mommy cut 4 inches off my hair I told her that she had to get a big cut too, so Mommy cut 6 inches off her hair. She told me that long hair is only nice when you do things with it and that he hair was getting a little long to style. I think we both look fantastic with our new hair.

Parent & Tots 3 - then I'm free

Daddy and I are back in swimming, we are in Parents and Tots 3 after this class I will be swimming all by myself. I am starting my next swimming class in November and Mommy and Daddy will have to watch from the side of pool because they will not be allowed in the pool with me. Doesn't that sound very exciting?

I'm a little dancer

Today was my first day of dance school. I am taking Creative Dance 3 at the Academy of Dance Arts. I get to wear this really cute blue outfit and act just like the little princess that I am.

Mommy and Daddy couldn't get over how cute I looked.

Before class starts we have to line up outside the door like a big train and then "choo choo" into that class, it's really fun.

Smelly Kid

I don't want to be the smelly kid in school so I have started wearing deoderant at a young age - it's really just a preventative measure, that's what Mommy said.

Styling Mommy's Hair

Today I was teaching Mommy how to style her hair, I really think she needed the help.

Mommy said it was really fun and relaxing to get her hair done.
