Corn on the Cob

 We had steak and corn for dinner tonight and it was really good. I was really upset when I looked over and saw Mommy, Daddy and Uncle John eating there corn on a stick and mine was all cut up. Mommy said I could try eating it like them, she said it was called corn on the cob. I love eating corn like that and hope to have some more really soon. 

Family Day at the Beach

Mommy, Daddy, Uncle John and I went to the beach today. It was so nice out and the water was really warm. We all went for a swim when we first got there and it was really fun. I can swim all by myself, Mommy and Daddy told me I am getting too big. After we were finished in the water we all went on the sand. I played in the sand with Daddy, it was a lot of fun. I love the beach, I want to go again really soon.

Busy Day with Mommy and Daddy

Mommy and Daddy are looking for a new car so that Mommy has a safe and gas cheap car to get to her new job. All three of us went out to look at cars and Mommy and Daddy really like the Chevy AVEO. Daddy wanted to see how cute I looked in it before he would seriously consider it. I'll let you know if Mommy and Daddy get a new car.







Today I also helped Daddy cute the grass. Daddy would cut the grass and I would pick it up and put i in my wheel barrel. Daddy said I was a big help and we had a lot of fun hanging out together.













After all my hard work outside I was really thirsty, thankfully I had my super cool Dora the Explorer insulated water bottle that Jane (DJ and Cathy's mom) gave me. Thank you so much for the water bottle Jane, I really love it.

Mommy's Night Out with Keith

Tonight I stayed home with Grandpa and we spent the night together watching Dora and Anderson Cooper, it was a lot of fun. Mommy, cousin Sara and Grandma went out to a concert with Keith. Keith Urban is the man that was signing, Mommy said she had a lot of fun. Mommy and Sara got really close to Keith, at one point he was less then 6 feet away from them.

Swimming at the Minot Country Club

Today Sara, Grandma and I went swimming at the Minot Country club with Grandma's friends Kristi and Carla. It was so much fun, I love swimming.



I had a lot of fun swimming with my Mommy, she is a really fun big girl to be around. She swam with me a lot today it was nice.



Mommy kept telling me not to drink the water, so I had to spit it out any time she caught me with it in my mouth. It was hard not to drink it, it was so hot out and the water is so YUMMY!



I swam so much that I just couldn't survive any long, I passed out on the way home and Mommy put me in the big chair... Mommy says I looked really cute.

International Peace

Today Grandpa took Grandma, Sara, Mommy and me to the International Peace Gardens. It was a really neat place. The Garden is in North Dakota and Manitoba all at the same time, isn't that cool? There were a lot of flowers everywhere and we walked a lot. It was a really hot day, but we all had a lot of fun.
What's prettier the flowers or me? I also wanted to say a big THANK YOU to DJ and Kathy for buying me the beautiful dress that I wore to the Peace Gardens.

Roosevelt Zoo

Today we went to the Zoo zoo zoo,
Mommy came too too too,
to the Roosevelt Park Zoo.
I was a little bit sleepy when we first arrived at the Zoo, so I had Mommy push me around in my car until I was ready to have fun.











My favourite part of the Zoo was playing in this big puddle that I found, it was a dirty puddle and Mommy let me play in it in my pretty dress.



There were two little girls playing on the Merry - Go - Round and the girl with the mullet invited me to play with them it was really fun. I held on all by myself. Mommy, Grandma and cousin Sara were really proud of me.
My cousin Sara and I wore matching outfits today that Mommy had bought for us, aren't they cute? Thanks a lot Mommy.

Playing at the Roosevelt Park Playground

I have finally adjusted to being in the United States of America and the time difference isn't bothering me as much anymore so I asked Grandma to take me somewhere fun.
Mommy, Sara, Grandma and I all packed up and got in the car and went off to play. I had no idea where we were going but Grandma promised it would be fun. We ended up at the Roosevelt Park Playground and it was a lot of fun.

Rainy Fun

I was walking around Grandma and Grandpa's kitchen being a little bit grumpy. I noticed that it was raining out so I stopped at the window and watched the rain, it was really neat. Mommy thought that I would like to play in the rain so she opened the door and I went outside, it was rainy fun.

Ottawa to Minot: 2 layovers (with meals), 3 flights, 12 hours

Mommy, my cousin Sara and I got up this morning and headed off the airport. Mommy had been telling me for weeks that I am going on an airplane and finally it was the day. We were heading to Minot North Dakota to see Grandpa and Grandma.

I feel asleep on the first flight, it was nap time so I didn't think being in the air should stop me from resting.






Mommy itntroduced me to this thing she calls "Moving sidewalks" they were really cool, you stand on them and they bring you around the airport.














Mommy says that my cousin Sara and I were really good. We watched a bit of TV, coloured. had lunch and dinner and read our books while waiting at our two layovers.

I'm gonna miss you Daddy!

 I am leaving on Monday for a two week vacation with Mommy and Sara, I am going to really miss my Daddy. 

Being Silly with Dad!

 Mommy got a new camera today and Daddy and I wanted to try it out. While Mommy was resting we played with the camera and made lots of silly faces. It was really fun, I love having my picture taken. 

Waiting for the Fireworks

 It was two hours past my bedtime and I was still up and waiting for the fireworks to start. Daddy went and bought me some treats; french fries and cotton candy, they were really good. The fireworks were really fun, I loved them. 

Heading out in My Canada Day Gear

 This is a picture of me on my way to Petrie Island for Canada Day. Uncle John had to push me all the way there because Mommy and Daddy wouldn't let me walk, they said I would get lost. I told them I wouldn't get lost, but thank you anyways Uncle John. I dressed all in Red and White for the big day and so did my Monkey. We're proud to be Canadian.
