Mom tells me that all little girls have to do at least 10 push ups a day. She says it will keep me in shape. It's really hard work though, I get sleepy after 5, but mom says it has to be ten. Okay I was telling a bit of a fib, I was learning to crawl and was pushing my body up to try and move. I am getting so big, strong too.

I can't get out
Have you ever noticed that you can back yourself into a spot and not always be able to get out of it? I was visiting Grandmarmi and I was pushing myself around on her hardwood floors, it's really fun. All of the sudden I am under this big brown chair and there is no way to get out from under it. I was stuck there, I thought that I would have to spend the rest of my life under the chair. I was so happy when I saw mom coming over towards me, I thought she was going to free me, but she stopped and took a picture of me instead. It was a few hours later that she finally took me out from under that chair.
Message from Mommy: Cynthia's concept of time is slightly off, it was only a few seconds until the big rescue. She was fine and infact pushed herself under the chair again.

Nap Time
I had such a hard day at work that I just crashed on my desk. I don't think that big people understand how difficult it is to constantly be cute and entertaining. It is difficult smile-breaking work. There's also an understated level of danger. You have old people wanting to squeeze your cheeks and pick you up.
With these kind of issues, I think it is past time for all babies to unite and form a union. It is only through solidarity that we can hope to improve the working conditions that are set upon us by the big people. We will be able to frown all the time and never feel that overwhelming pressure to look cute.
I will publish more on this in the future when I am less sleepy.

Coming home from Minot
In the past two weeks I have been on 6 flights. I have been such a good girl for mom on all the flights, so I asked her if she could please take a picture of me on the plane, just kind of as proof that I was on the plane. I mean how many 5 month old girls get to fly six times? It was fun, I had a nice visit with Grandma and Grandpa in Minot.
